| EYCE General Secretary says Goodbye |

By the beginning of December 2008 EYCE General Secretary Rebekka Højmark Jensen announced her resignation from the position to the EYCE Executive Committee. At their meeting in January/February 2009, the Executive Committee agreed to dissolve the contract from 31st March. Rebekka will be on leave from 19th March.

The Executive Committee decided on a scheme for how the administration of the office shall continue untill a new General Secretary can be appointed. To further facilitate running of EYCE, the Biennual General Meeting will be held in May 2009, where a new Executive Committee will be elected. In October 2008, Chairperson Michel Charbonnier, Treasurer Paul Welch and Daniel Barton resigned from the Executive Committee, all due to professional obligations. Their positions are untill the General Meeting taken care of by the remaining 4 members of the Executive Committee.
