Dear reader,

This year's Alumni Meeting is coming closer and it is time to get the preparations up to speed. 

In the past weeks we have been busy with finalising the invitation and the registration process. Everything is now ready for you.

With this newsletter you receive the formal invitation as well as the call for registrations. Please spread the word and invite at least one friend from your time in EYCE to join the Alumni meeting. We also kindly invite you to share with us your expectations or ideas for the Alumni meeting.

I. Invitation

The invitation includes once more all relevant information for your participation, accomodation, travel arrangements, etc. 

Please also share this invitation with your friends from your time in EYCE. We eagerly try to get in touch with as many people as possible. However, in over 50 years hundreds of people got involved in EYCE and in order to reacht out for them we need your help.

You are kindly invited to support us with the planning, either by getting involved or by sending your expectations and wishes to alumni@eyce.org. There will be a preparation meeting in mid-May 2019, so let us know ahead when you have great ideas for the programme or want to make a contribution.

II. Registration

Please register online via EYCE's website.

We encourage you to register as early as possible, as this facilitates our planning a lot. A deadline for registration will be communicated later on.

We also kindly invite you to join the Facebook event. Please note that this does not replace the registration. Also people who are listed on the website or have joined the Facebook event already, need to fill in the registration form in order to take part. 

You are kindly requested to confirm your attendance by paying the registration fee in advance. Further details on the registration fee can be found in the invitation.
